Yes Mirnac the character could kill him in pvp merciful. Ive done it before on Artelus.

ok, what the F? You can eat jerkies without being uncamo? And also why didn't Havok leave the second he saw someone eating jerkies? And i guess Havok is pvp on, and since not very many is, i would expect anyone with pvp on treating everyday questing like it was mordor :) Also i wounder if you could be pvp merciful and then let shady character finish him off.
