Feris attempted some Durmanhoth members. His head got placed upon the Durmanhoth Altar.
High level Ainur wrong? Blasphemer!!!
Ok, so it wasn't that funny. Hmm, if I had a problem with this being a limited pK mud, I probably would have left a long time ago. As it is, I have been playing it for 3 years now. I have gone and checked out other MUDs and MUSH's. This is the first mud I ever played and is (perhaps because it is the first) the most fun for me.
In case you haven't noticed, I have participated in kills before. I killed alot when the ER's were around, I always attacked them onsite. Unless of course they severly outleveld me or were in a huge party.
Wasach, we have the lawsys to give PK'ing another edge... another challenge if you like.
Don't be mistaken... this MUD is NOT about RP or theme. If you think so, you have misunderstood the concept. People will claim Im wrong, even high level ainu... But, the matter of fact is, that this MUD is designed and coded to be a limited PK mud. Limited is to be understood in the sense, that the lawsys becomes a part of the PK challenge.
If you don't like this, go play another mud or a MUSH ... or better yet... change your expectations and start to play the game how it's supposed to be played... as a PK MUD.
Actually Korzan (keeping in mind that I could be wrong) but I dont recall ever saying that I (or KoDA or any of its members) were 'great roleplayers' nor have I heard any of my brothers or sisters (yes, we do have female Knights) claim such a wild boast. That would be extraordinarily 'unknightlike' if I may. People say we are the greatest roleplayers because we will actually defend an NPC to the death if it comes to that.
You all have this huge misconception about us. We dont mind dying for Gondor, what we mind is dying because certain people in the game think the game is all about killing other players. If it was, why then do we have this lawsys?
Just a thought as I head off to my final semester of classes...
Wasach Zadan-an-Naduim of House Pathor
Man-at-Arms in the Knights of Dol Amroth
Major in the Armies of Gondor
Firm believer that it takes a real big man to gangbang and brag about it...*thats sarcasm for you inept ones*
I believe I have seen 10-20kodas in my days alone dying protecting their home when they could easily have walked away. Screaming for Gondor and other weird things right before dying. I believe one should accept the thought of such people *points at kikov*
Even if I lack the moral and mental strength to behave in such a manner, I accept that others do what I could not.
There's no such thing as 'RP combat.'
I mean, what kind of defenders are you?
You claim to be these great roleplayers and that you stand proud in defense of your towns, but when it comes right down to it, you're not willing to give your lives to save the people you're protecting.
hunting in any kind of rp combat is lame, specialy on RP ones considering that the people will let themselves go low on hp.
Actually i was passing by Linhir to raid the town when i met Lotraz and Nagash. We were peacefully killing guards, when we were attacked by Aliah, Lukas and Garik. Normally i'm not much for PKill, and we agreed with NAoG to don't hunt them (CoU at war with them), but hmm, i was in such mood to kill Lukas and lay waste to Garik. Both died. Thanks Lotraz, it was good fun.
Actually both were promised a death Rhoads.
But that aside, who cares? Remember, KoDA and the like play the game to be pure cattle for slaughter and to give people like me and Klouse some fun killing.
I am still sure was Feris OR Garik, and you killed Garik first :P
but if you say so ;)
Klouse and I had different reasons for making sure Feris died. Klouse wanted revenge for Feris helping in an attack on a durm. I wanted to keep my promise to you, Wasach, for reporting a solo attempt. The promise was, that Garik and Feris would die. It seems to have been fullfilled now.
Feris and Garik, thank Wasach for having died.
I don't know Ruiniel, why do assassins use a hunt trigger?
And to think all this started by me reporting Lotraz of attempting me at Tenzek...hmm
Umm, good kill.Mind you, why use those lame triggers?
